Plan and execute Marketing strategy – Offline and Online Brand Management: Run multiple campaigns but not limited to ATL/BTL, Digital, and Social to increase the brand visibility New Customer Acquisition / Sales: Optimum use of marketing strategies to acquire new customers to increase the revenue of Retail, Wholesale, and Corporate customers. Customer Retention: Use customer engagement strategies to increase the customer retention rate, customer lifetime value, customer monthly recurring revenue and reduce the Customer acquisition cost. New Market Penetration: Expand business in new countries, open new retail outlets. Digital and Social: Define strategies to promote companies products, services, ideas, or brands in the Target Market through various channels. Maintain search marketing campaigns through pay-per-click and other online advertising tools within given budgets and goals. Analyze page clicks, keyword hits, search engine traffic, and other data to determine effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Manage all digital channels of marketing tools (e.g. Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google for Business, Google Webmaster Bing etc) along with Social Media platforms (eg. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc) along with timely updates on Keywords, Ranking for company deliverables for increasing Organic Traffic month on month. Give inputs of Website / Mobile App optimization and improvement in line with Digital Marketing to Technical team and ensure those incorporated timely without affecting the campaigns.
