Nationality : Philippines only (Female) Salary : AED 1,800 - 2,100 Role & Responsibilities: ?Greets incoming clients and visitors in a friendly and positive way. Quickly notifies the person being visited. ?Takes and delivers accurate phone message with call back numbers, area codes, and names legibly written, and promptly relays messages to the proper person. ?Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing, arranging courier & Applying gate pass whenever it is needed. ?Scheduling meeting and appointments for higher management. ?Support all administrative work relating to activities and events organized by company management. ?Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Job Qualification: ?Graduate in Bachelor’s Degree ?At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field, preferably in the UAE ?Ability to work under pressure and to work independently with minimal supervision ?Detail- oriented and well organized and flexible ?Proficient in MS Office packages ?Fluency in English is compulsory ?Bilingual candidates will be an advantage
